Preparing for our home networking consultation

Now that you’ve scheduled time for us to meet, I’d like you to do a few things to prepare. It’s really important to do this ahead of time so we can make the most of our time together.

1. Check your Optimum bill to see what TV package you have. Click here for an example. You’ll find this in your billing details on page 3 of your bill.

2. Download the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app on your phone. You do not need a Zoom account to get the app or attend our meeting.

4. Download the free SpeedTest by Ookla app

The meeting request you received has the information needed to sign into Zoom for our meeting. Please sign in 5 minutes before the meeting time.
