My Services

Virtual Consultations

I’ve moved to virtual consultations using Zoom Cloud Meetings. When things go back to normal, I’ll resume in-home visits.

Cutting The Cord

Most families can save between $50 and $100 each month by switching from cable or satellite TV to a streaming service like Hulu, YouTube TV or Sling. But it can be hard figuring out which service has what you need. Here’s how I can help:

  1. Review your cable bill and explain what you’re paying for.

  2. Work with you to identify the channels your family watches.

  3. Talk about the differences between each streaming service (it’s more than just channels).

  4. Identify the best service for your family and walk you through how to make the switch.

  5. And most importantly: save you money while keeping the channels and shows you love!

WiFi Assessment

If you’re like most people, there are rooms where your WiFi isn’t great. But it doesn’t have to be that way. During a WiFi assessment, I will:

  1. Talk with you about your needs and issues.

  2. Test the WiFi speed throughout your home.

  3. Assess your router and modem equipment.

  4. Review ways to improve your WiFi, the equipment needed and the cost.

Virtual WiFi Installation

Similar to consultations, I’ve moved to virtual installations. Using Zoom’s screen share I can walk you through the setup process.

I can install an enterprise-grade WiFi system without running new wires. The WiFi speed is better than the new mesh systems (Google WiFi, Netgear Orbi, etc) and a huge improvement over a single router.

Equipment cost varies based on the size of your home, but in most cases it’s between $250 and $400, plus a $100 installation fee. The cost range for a mesh WiFi system is the same, but your WiFi speed will be slower.

I offer a 14 day risk-free trial period. If you’re not happy with your new system, I’ll restore everything to how it was before and refund your money.

Other Services

I can install and troubleshoot most WiFi enabled devices using a Zoom screen share. I’ve helped clients with Eero, Sonos, Ring, Arlo, Amazon Echo, Roku, Firestick and printers.

If you’re having trouble getting things to work, or don’t have the time to set up a new device, I can help.
