Preparing for our virtual visit
Now that you’ve scheduled time for us to meet, I need you to do a few things to prepare. It’s really important you do this ahead of time so I can use our time to answer your questions.
Check your Optimum bill to see what internet speed you’re paying for. Click here for an example. You’ll find this in your billing details on page 3 of your bill.
Download the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app on your phone. You do not need a Zoom account to get the app or attend our meeting.
After downloading, set up your phone for Zoom screensharing
